Our standard small office cleaning service focuses on maintaining a clean, healthy, and professional workspace.

• Light dusting of reachable surfaces, office furniture, shelving, and trim

• Sanitizing frequently touched areas such as door handles, switches, and shared contact points

• Vacuuming office carpets, mats, and area rugs

• Sweeping and damp mopping hard flooring including tile, vinyl, laminate, or hardwood

• Cleaning interior glass, mirrors, window ledges, and visible glass partitions

• Removing dust from ceiling fans, vents, and light fixtures within safe reach

• Wiping desks, tables, chairs, conference furniture, and common-use surfaces

• Cleaning the outside of office appliances such as microwaves or breakroom equipment (when applicable)

• Tidying shared spaces by straightening seating areas, magazines, or visible items

• Wiping cabinet fronts, drawers, and cupboard exteriors

• Spot-cleaning baseboards and door trim

• Cleaning around furniture that has been safely moved or made accessible by the client

What’s Not Included:

The following services are not part of standard small office cleaning, but some may be requested separately for an additional fee and time:

• Interior or deep appliance cleaning (excluding microwave interiors)

• Workspace organization, filing, or decluttering

• Exterior window washing or high glass panels

• Carpet shampooing or extraction services

• Washing walls or ceilings beyond step-stool reach
