  (Self-clean cycle must be completed the day before service)

• Cleaning tilt-in windows (must be operable and accessible)

• Cleaning beneath or behind appliances if already moved

• Final sanitation to ensure the home is ready for move-in

This service is more intensive and intended for empty homes. Appliance care includes:

• Full interior and exterior cleaning

• Detailed attention to shelves, corners, and compartments

• Sanitizing surfaces to prepare for new residents

The goal is to leave appliances and the home clean, fresh, and move-in ready.

• Deep Cleaning focuses on buildup in lived-in spaces

• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is more intensive and tailored for empty homes, with deeper appliance and storage-area cleaning

  Deep Cleaning (Maintenance-Focused)

  A Deep Clean targets buildup in areas that don’t receive regular attention while the home is occupied. Appliance cleaning during a Deep Clean typically includes:

  • Exterior wiping and degreasing

  • Light interior wipe-downs (crumbs, spills, shelves)

  • Surface-level cleaning without dismantling or intensive scrubbing

  This service refreshes the space but does not fully reset appliances or storage areas.

• Post-construction or renovation cleanup

• Exterior window washing

• Attics, crawl spaces, or roof areas

• Outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, or yards

• Carpet shampooing or upholstery cleaning

• Mold or mildew remediation beyond surface cleaning

• Cleaning inside washers, dryers, or dishwashers

• Removal of heavy pet hair from furniture or carpets

• Floor waxing or specialty surface treatments

• Moving or lifting large furniture or appliances

• To ensure efficient and successful service:

  • Water and electricity must be available at the service location

  • Property should be accessible at the scheduled time

Service time varies based on the size, condition, and layout of the home. Larger properties or homes with heavy buildup may require additional time.
